To encourage helping with each other and high quality posts, we introduced a "Tips and Community Fund" system.
The rule is:

Everyone can give tips to the posts that's helpful and high quality. 80% of the tips will go to the post's author and 20% will go to a Community Fund.
80% of The Community Fund will be distributed each month. Each account who has given tips will be eligible to draw a random amount of the fund. Every tip will earn one chance to draw.
20% of the The Community Fund will be kept to next month.
